M. Manze has been making pies by hand since Michele Manze opened this Tower Bridge Road shop in 1902. Pastry is made fresh daily, potatoes are peeled and mashed to order, and the parsley liquor contains a proprietary ingredient they won't share. Stewed or jellied eels are also on, and there's a vegan pie option for those who want the ritual without the meat.
