Eat & Drink Elephant Park & Castle Square

Filishack was founded in 2014 by British-Filipino brothers Justice and Jonathan Cacho, starting as a food truck before landing on Sayer Street at Elephant Park. The signature chicken inasal is a boneless thigh marinated for 12 hours in lemongrass, garlic, soy, and annatto oil, then flame-grilled and served over garlic rice. Build-your-own bowls, burritos, and fries plates pair with a choice of protein and sauce; vegetarian options include crispy tofu and courgette.
