Opened in 2023, this is the newer of the two Southwark Playhouse venues. The 310-seat auditorium hosts new writing, musicals, and revivals. Plenty of shows have transferred to the West End from here.
Ticket prices are noticeably lower than the big theatres, worth checking for under-25 and concession deals. The bar opens an hour before the first show.
