Leños and Carbon sits under the arches near Elephant and Castle station, serving generous Colombian plates that lean heavily on the grill. The mixed parrilla brings chicken, beef, pork steaks, Colombian sausages, and ribs; the churrasco al carbon is a thick T-bone, blackened outside and rosy within. Bandeja paisa, empanadas, and Colombian fruit juices round out a menu that does not do small portions.
