Chef Brinder Narula ran kitchens at Gymkhana and Benares before landing here. The cooking is North Indian — Rajasthani, Punjabi, Delhi — but presented with more finesse than your local curry house. Lamb rogan josh, paneer tikka, and proper tandoor breads.
The set lunch at £19.50 for two courses is the way in if you want to try it without going full tasting menu. Tuesday Spice Night is £29 including starters, mains, sides, and a Kingfisher. For Elephant Park, this is the upscale option.
