Scandinavian roastery with space to spread out. Beans roasted on-site, decent pastries, no one rushes you.
Hej sits on the edge of Elephant Park, away from the main road noise. The interior is bright and open, more Stockholm than south London. They roast their own beans in the back, which means the coffee is genuinely good rather than just-fine.
Tables are big enough for a laptop and a stack of notes. Nobody hovers. Flat white is around £3.50. Worth it.
