German Kraft brews unfiltered, unpasteurised lagers and wheat beers on-site using only water, malt, hops, and yeast, following Germany's 500-year-old Reinheitsgebot. The Elephant and Castle taproom has a 15,000 sq ft outdoor beer garden and sits within Mercato Metropolitano, giving access to over 40 independent food stalls.
