The Colombian flag colours on the shopfront at 80-82 Walworth Road are not subtle, and neither is the food. El Gran Sazon Latino does proper Colombian bakery and comfort food: empanadas, pan de bono, pastries filled with guava paste, and aguapanela con queso, the sugar cane tea with cheese that sounds wrong until you try it.

Breakfast is the strongest meal. Colombian plates, fresh baked goods from the morning, and coffee. Prices sit where you want them for a neighbourhood bakery. The food hygiene rating is a perfect five.
