Duman Doner runs from a grill station inside the Mercato Metropolitano beer garden, turning out a wide range of Turkish grilled meats including chicken and lamb shish, adana kofte, and lamb chops alongside pide flatbreads with various fillings. Wraps are the most popular format with fresh salad and dips built to order. Lahmacun (Turkish pizza) rounds out the menu.
