Dub Pan brings Jamaican jerk cooking to Mercato Metropolitano, with chicken thighs marinated for 24 hours in a spice blend then grilled and smoked over charcoal in a steel drum. The menu covers jerk wraps, loaded jerk fries, wings in sweet or spicy, burgers, and a strong selection of Jamaican sipping rums and rum punch. The Elephant & Castle site runs Thursday to Saturday.
