Mercato Metropolitano will trade through the end of 2026. That’s the confirmed timeline before Berkeley Group begins work on the Borough Triangle development: a 44-storey tower, a 38-storey tower, nearly 900 homes.

The food hall opened in 2017 and has since incubated over 40 food and drink businesses. A Bavarian micro-brewery, a cinema, a communal kitchen, regular Latin nights. It became the kind of place that makes a neighbourhood feel like one.
